Tour Terms & Conditions
GENERAL
Our tours are open to guests aged 18 years and above. ID is required if a member of staff believes you could be under the age of 25. If no ID is provided, we reserve the right not to serve you any alcohol. Guests are not permitted to give alcohol samples to anyone under the age of 18 whilst on distillery premises. Guests under the age of 18 will not be allowed to join the tour.
Due to space restrictions we ask that you arrive at the distillery no more than 30 minutes before your booked tour.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We offer a full refund on booked tours up to one week (7 full days) before your scheduled visit. To cancel or move your tour booking please email tours@theoxfordartisandistillery.com or call 01865 767918.
Until 48 hours before your booked tour we are able to reschedule your tour to a new date or give you credit to spend on our online shop.
Unfortunately we are unable to accept cancellations or changes to your booking within 48 hours of your booked tour.
SITE INFORMATION
The distillery tour is wheelchair friendly but you must bear with us while we update our site as we cannot yet offer a disabled toilet. If you are a guide dog assisted person or have any other requirements, please contact us in advance at info@theoxfordartisandistillery.com highlighting your specific requirements so that we can endeavour to deliver a positive visitor experience.
Well-behaved dogs are allowed on site but not on all areas of the tour. if you choose to bring a dog it must be always kept on a lead and away from the protected areas.
While at the Distillery, visitors must observe the following rules:
- You are not allowed to consume anything from the distillery that is not given to you by a member of our staff. If you do so your tour may be cut short and you may be asked to leave the site.
- Access is granted only to designated Visitor areas. There is no access to any other areas of the distillery.
- We reserve the right to remove anyone from the distillery if their behaviour is considered likely to cause offence or create a nuisance for other visitors or staff.
VOUCHERS
If you are booking your tour with a Gift Card purchased from our website, please redeem your Gift Card at checkout on our online shop using the reference number on the digital Gift Card.
THIRD PARTY VOUCHERS: If you would like to redeem a third-party voucher please email tours@theoxfordartisandistillery.com with the full voucher details, your contact number, the booking name and the date/time you wish to visit us. One of our team will respond to you by email to confirm your booking.
DISCOUNTS
If you are a group of 12 or more, we can offer a group discount on our weekday tours (Tuesday-Friday). Please email tours@theoxfordartisandistillery.com for more information.
DISTILLERY SHOP
Our opening hours may differ to what is stated online due to unforeseen circumstances. If you would like to confirm we are open before making your journey, please call us on 01865 767918 before setting off. Due to licensing restrictions, we legally cannot sell any alcoholic products before 11am.
The 10% website sign up discount code is valid online only and will not be accepted in the distillery shop.
For the safety of the general public and our staff, we do not accept cash at the distillery. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused.
Due to licensing requirements, you may be asked to show ID in order to purchase alcohol if we believe you look under the age of 25.
Items bought online can be collected from our distillery shop but you must speak to us on the phone or via email before you make your purchase. Please contact us on info@theoxfordartisandistillery.com or call 01865 767918 to arrange this with our team.
Discounts offered online may not always be available at the distillery shop.
